27 iyul 2004-cü il təvəllüdlü Sənay Qəhrəmanlının cinsi təcavüzə məruz qalması barədə müraciəti əsasında Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 149.2.3 (təqsirkar şəxs üçün aşkar surətdə yetkinlik yaşına çatmayan şəxsə qarşı törədildikdə) maddəsi ilə Yasamal rayon prokurorluğunda başlanmış cinayət işi Baş Prokurorluğun rəhbərliyi tərəfindən nəzarətə götürülməklə istintaqın davam etdirilməsi İstintaq idarəsinə həvalə edilib.

Bu barədə Telexeber.az-a Baş Prokurorluğun mətbuat xidmətindən bildirilib.

Rəsmi məlumata görə, hazırda cinayət işi üzrə zəruri istintaq hərəkətləri həyata keçirilir:

“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Baş Prokurorluğu tərəfindən kütləvi informasiya vasitələri və sosial media nümayəndələrinə müraciət edilərək, bu qəbildən olan həssas mövzularla bağlı etik və qanunvericilik normalarına riayət edilməsi, dəqiqləşdirilməmiş və istintaqın gedişinə mane ola biləcək məlumatların yayılmaması xahiş olunur”.
