"Baku Steel Company"nin keçmiş rəhbəri Rasim Məmmədovun cinayət işi üzrə məhkəmə araşdırması başa çatıb.

Telexeber.az APA -ya istinadən xəbər verir ki, Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsində keçirilən prosesdə hökm oxunub.

Hökmə əsasən, Rasim Məmmədov verilmiş ittihamlarla təqsirli bilinərək 14 il müddətinə azadlıqdan məhrum edilib.

İş adamı cəzasını ciddi rejimli cəzaçəkmə müəsisəsində çəkəcək.

Prokuror Rasim Məmmədova 15 il həbs cəzası istəmişdi. O, məhkəmədə sözündə verilmiş ittihamla əlaqəsi olmadığını deyərək bəraət istəyib.

"Baku Steel Company"nin rəhbəri olmuş Rasim Məmmədov Dövlət Təhlükəsizlik Xidməti (DTX) tərəfindən həbs olunub. O, Cinayət Məcəlləsinin 179.4 (mənimsəmə və ya israfetmə, xüsusilə külli miqdarda ziyan vurmaqla törədildikdə), 193.3.2 (xüsusilə külli miqdarda gəlir əldə etməklə yalan sahibkarlıq), 308.2 (vəzifə səlahiyyətlərindən sui-istifadə etmə, ağır nəticələrə səbəb olduqda) və 313-cü (vəzifə saxtakarlığı) maddələri ilə ittiham olunur. Cinayət işi üzrə dəymiş ziyan 185 milyon manat hesablanıb.
