Ermənistandakı yer adları Azərbaycanın tarixi toponimlərinə uyğun olaraq yazılacaq - QƏRAR

Nazirlər Kabineti “Vətəndaşlıq vəziyyəti aktlarının dövlət qeydiyyatı Qaydası”nda dəyişiklik edib.

Telexeber.az xəbər verir ki, bununla bağlı Baş nazir Əli Əsədov müvafiq qərar imzalayıb.
Qərara əsasən, qeydiyyat şöbəsində və konsulluq idarəsində vətəndaşlıq vəziyyəti aktlarının, icra hakimiyyətinin nümayəndəliyində doğumun, nikahın bağlanmasının və ölümün dövlət qeydiyyatı aparılarkən yer adları mövcud olan inzibati ərazi vahidlərinin adlarına uyğun yazılacaq. Ermənistandakı yer adları isə Azərbaycanın tarixi toponimlərinə uyğun olaraq Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının tövsiyələri nəzərə alınmaqla yazılacaq.

Bundan başqa, verilən təkrar şəhadətnamələrdə və arayışlarda yer adları həmin sənədlərin verildiyi gün mövcud olan inzibati ərazi vahidlərinin adlarına uyğun yazılacaq. Təkrar şəhadətnamələrdə və arayışlarda Ermənistandakı yer adları yazılarkən bu qaydanın 1.5-1-ci bəndinin tələbləri tətbiq ediləcək.
