Məcburi enerji auditi keçirilməli olan obyektlər üçün yeni meyarların təsdiqlənməsi barədə QƏRAR

Nazirlər Kabineti məcburi enerji auditi keçirilməli olan təsərrüfat subyektlərinin və qeyri-yaşayış binalarının müəyyən edilməsi üçün meyarları təsdiq edib.

Telexeber.az xəbər verir ki, bununla bağlı Baş nazir Əli Əsədov qərar imzalayıb.

Qərarda qeyd olunub ki, “Enerji resurslarından səmərəli istifadə və enerji effektivliyi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 6.3-cü maddəsinə əsasən təşkilati-hüquqi və mülkiyyət formasından asılı olmayaraq aşağıdakı meyarlara uyğun gələn təsərrüfat subyektləri və qeyri-yaşayış binalarında enerji auditinin keçirilməsi məcburidir:

- illik enerji istehlakı 1000 ton neft ekvivalentindən çox olan təsərrüfat subyektləri;

- tikinti sahəsi ən azı 10 000 kvadratmetr və ya illik enerji istehlakı 250 ton neft ekvivalentindən çox olan qeyri-yaşayış binaları.

Bu Qərar 2022-ci il 1 iyul tarixindən tətbiq edilir.
